If filtering on AD country / city / department does not fit reporting needs, custom user groups can be set up for TWA Usage & Governance reports.
Populate the reporting.CustomUserGroups table in the twa-db database with the following:
| Field | Description |
| Id | Auto-populated |
| GroupName | Name of the group - all people with the same groupname will be combined for the filter |
| Upn | UPN / email of the user |
| Department | Not currently used |
Example:
Refresh the dataset, and you should see the group(s) defined in the GroupName filter on the report:
Selecting a group here will limit results to those in the defined group. Where this involves teams, results are limited to teams that have these people as owners or members.
